AI literacy and governance for media organisations
AI literacy and governance for media organisations
The media sector is undergoing a radical transformation due to the rapid rise of AI. Newsrooms, publishers and broadcasters are faced with pressing questions: how can they harness the potential of AI without losing sight of journalistic values, public accountability and public trust? How can they ensure their staff are on board, and how can they avoid becoming dependent on tech companies?
Data School supports media organisations in making informed decisions, developing competence and building capacities for working with AI. We help teams to better understand AI, gain a clear understanding of the risks and opportunities, and establish processes that align with the values and responsibilities of the media sector.

D4M is a dialogic decision aid that supports ethical reflection on data and AI projects. All materials will be published in the course of 2026. If you are interested already, you can reach out.
